ZCE, the Zero Carbon Energy Innovation Union, includes companies such as ZCEIU (CA), ZCE (London),and was founded in 1994 by the team of Mr. Sigan Peng (Senior Research Engineer).

For 30 years, ZCE has been committed to technological innovation in environmental climate mitigation and ocean natural carbon sink, injecting vitality into the evolving clean energy transition and negative emission industries – supplying ultra-low-cost and large-scale deployment technology solutions.

In 1994~2015, the seawater method (NSW) power station/marine ship flue gas desulfurization (mFGD/mEGC) technology was developed, and the 6GW fossil fuel power stations/offshore oil tankers in the world was deployed first-of-a-kind, which accelerated the global land-based and sea-based atmospheric sulfur emission control deployment and industrial development.

Since the 2015 Paris Agreement, it has iteratively innovated the net-zero/net-negative emissions (mCDRS) technology of the seawater model (Blue-C), opening up a breakthrough new way to unblock the ocean natural carbon sinks, activate the ocean natural capital, and provide massive high-quality carbon credits.
